UltraChoir — Privacy Policy

UltraChoir is a musical instrument that runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

Data we collect

None. UltraChoir has no accounts, no sign-in, and no user profiles. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal data.

Network

UltraChoir makes no network connections. It does not send any data off your device, and it contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.

Your presets

Any presets you save are stored locally on your device by the app. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else.

Device motion

If — and only if — you add a tilt or accelerometer route in the app's modulation matrix (Settings), UltraChoir reads your device's motion sensors to shape the sound while you play. This happens entirely on your device in real time; the motion data is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

MIDI

If you connect a MIDI or MPE controller, UltraChoir receives its notes and control messages to play the instrument. This data is used only to produce sound and is never stored or transmitted.

Children

UltraChoir is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
