How do I play?

Tiles drift on a smooth bench. Drag a tile near one it belongs beside and a magnetic pull snaps them together. Complete the board to win — there is no timer and no score to chase.

What are the different modes?

You can build a grid of cards, a crossword cut from a real dictionary, a photo from your library, or a selfie. You can also change the goal (Assemble or Hunt), break the board into tumbling chunks, tilt your device to slide the pieces, or fling a ball to knock them together.

The app asked for photo or camera access — why?

Only the Photo and Selfie modes need it, to turn a picture into puzzle tiles. The image is used only on your device and is never uploaded or stored. You can skip those modes and play everything else without granting access, or change access any time in Settings ▸ Jigsaw Tumble.

Is my data collected?

No. Jigsaw Tumble has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and it works fully offline. See the Privacy Policy for details.

A frame stuttered — can I help diagnose it?

Yes. In Settings, turn on "Log frame hitches," open Console.app on a Mac, filter on "jigsawtumble," and reproduce the issue; then email us what you saw.
